Close to Chichester, West Wittering, the beautiful South Downs & Goodwood Racecourse; it is ideally located for both beautiful countryside & beach. The space The cottage is around 400 years old & full of character & ambience. It comfortably sleeps 5 people (1 double, 1 single, 1 twin) and a travel cot can be provided. There is one spacious main living/dining area with a wood burner, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, toaster etc. & downstairs toilet/sink. On the first floor is a single bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom with a large luxury shower. Then a further twin bedroom on the second floor. This already warm home also benefits from central heating, luxurious bed linen, extra blankets, cushions & atmospheric lighting. Tudor Cottage really is a special place to stay. The cottage has good quality Wi-fi, Alexa & TV with terrestrial tv channels as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC I Player etc & everything you need for a relaxing stay away from home. A complimentary hamper & fizz will be here for you on arrival as well as complimentary toiletries if you need them. PLEASE NOTE: The stairs are steep & ceilings/beams are low, so you will need to take a little care when moving around the house. Guest access There is a car parking space behind the cottage (in front of the middle garage). The cottage is ideally located in the central square of the village; metres from a small supermarket, excellent bakery, 2 pubs, fish and chip shop and a fabulous Indian restaurant / takeaway. There is a bus that goes directly into Chichester and Emsworth train station is less than a mile away. If you have more than one car during your stay, parking is available in the village but can be hard to find at busy times!
