Cottage in Sylvan Lake

Just steps from the beach, this cozy four season cabin is the perfect space for couples or families to enjoy (this includes your fur children - this space is dog friendly!). Whether you are after a summer getaway or you would prefer skating or ice fishing on the frozen lake, this place is for you! The space The Coco Cottage is 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom space (675 sq feet) that can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy coffee around the kitchen table or get cozy by the wood burning stove as you play board games, read a book, or watch Netflix. The living room is a small step lower than the kitchen floor, so please be careful not to stub your toe! ㅤ◡̈ The kitchen includes everything you would need from your home away from home. This includes pots, pans, utensils, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, blender, coffee maker, and nespresso machine. Buy some groceries to prepare your own meals, or order in and enjoy all the close by restaurants that lakeshore drive has to offer. ****BBQ on site is available for guest use, but propane and cleaning after use is the responsibility of the guests. It is not listed as an amenity because we as the hosts do not provide its upkeep or supplies**** The bathroom has a shower that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The living room includes a comfortable seating area for both you to curl up and watch Netflix. Dog beds and dog toys are available for use, but please do not let dogs onto the beds or furniture. At this time washer and dryer are not available at the property, but the Crystal Clean Laundromat is minutes away. The property is surrounded by mature lilac bushes and is extremely private. The cabin may be hard to see from the road because of these trees, but photos of the property should make it easy to find! During the winter months ahead, skates will be available in different sizes to enjoy the frozen lake. An ice fishing hut with rods will also be available upon request! *fire wood is no longer provided, you can purchase wood at the Petro Can or Esso which is a few block from the cottage Guest access Guest parking is available on the street in front of the cottage, or 2 spaces are available in the back alley. The property is surrounded by lilac bushes, so the house can be hard to see from the street, there are photos in the check in information to help locate the cottage easily. Keyless access is available, and your access code will be given to you at check in. Other things to note You need to go through the glass doors into the covered patio in order to access the main door. The covered patio is used primarily for storage of fishing gear/ice fishing hut and beach items in the summer.
