On the ground floor, a large living room with a beautiful fireplace and dining area opens onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen features a large dining table as well as a cozy sitting area with a wood-burning stove and comfortable sofa. A laundry room and separate toilets complete this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a double bed (135x190) and a traditional freestanding bathtub. A second bedroom offers a double bed (135x190) with a dressing table, and a third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. A bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet is also located on this floor. The cottage features a garden at the rear and a terrace at the front, providing pleasant outdoor spaces to relax. On-site parking is available. An ideal setting for a relaxing family stay in the Normandy countryside. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE : there are many steps and stairs in the cottage. The stairs are quite steep. We specify that guests in the second bedroom must pass through first room to access to the upstairs bathroom.
