In the immediate vicinity of a farm, this set of cottages welcomes you for a relaxing stay. Located within La Millière, it is also a 5-minute drive from shops. The accommodations can accommodate up to 23 people: perfect for families or friends, wishing to meet while maintaining their privacy. Swimming pool heated to 28°C minimum and covered if needed. The space The Domaine de La Millière is composed of a main building (Le Logis des Généraux) and a secondary building (La Grange des Amazones). Here are their compositions: The "Logis des Généraux" is composed of the CATHELINEAU, LESCURE, D'ELBEE & BONCHAMPS cottages. *CATHELINEAU (up to 3 people) Completely independent and upstairs from the "Le Logis des Généraux" space, it includes a living room with a small fitted and equipped kitchen, a large bed of 180 x 200 cm (possibility of 2 x 90 cm), living room with TV and sofa bed, dining area, bathroom (hairdryer, towel dryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel) and independent toilet. *LESCURE (up to 3 people) Completely independent and on the first floor of the "Le Logis des Généraux" space, it includes a living room with a small fitted and equipped kitchen, a large bed of 180 x 200 cm (possibility of 2 X 90 cm), living room with TV and sofa bed, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer, towel dryer, hand gel soap, shampoo and shower gel) and independent toilet. *D'ELBEE - new April 2025 - (up to 2 people) Completely independent and upstairs from the "Le Logis des Généraux" space, it includes a living room with a small fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and sofa, a dining area, a bedroom with a large 180 x 200 cm bed, a dressing area, a bathroom with shower (hairdryer, towel dryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel) and toilet. * BONCHAMPS - new in 2024 - (up to 6 people) At the end of the farmhouse, this independent gîte consists of a spacious living room on the ground floor with connected TV and sofas, a fitted and equipped kitchen, laundry area, separate toilet and a separate bedroom with a large bed of 180 x 200 cm (possibility of 2 x 90 cm), hallway with access to the outside. Other things to note *INCLUDED* - Pets are allowed from the moment they are well educated: formal prohibition to leave them in your listing in your absence! - Listings cleaning is included in the rate. - Linens and beds made upon your arrival are included in the rate. New and linen sheets: thermal comfort for your sleep (fiber loss possible). - Supply of bath and pool towels. - A common room of about 40m² with tables & chairs for 15 people maximum (French regulations) and independent toilets is at your disposal (be careful, the kitchen is not sufficiently equipped but there are always the kitchens of Bonchamps and Céleste). - Heated pool at 28°C and covered (indicative hours of use: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.). In 2026, the pool will be accessible from April 7 to October 4, 2026. - Private Nordic spa with all the essentials to start it up. - Large tables with chairs have been arranged under a semi-shaded pergolas. Only the CELESTE accommodation is on the ground floor of the Grange, and is more accessible to PRMs but we are not authorised or labeled.
