Nice & cool rooms (3m x 2.8m) with a double bed, wardrobe average furnished house with relaxing lounge, small kitchen, TV, wall fan, Fridge/Freezer, portable Gas Cooker, shared shower/bathroom with WC + WH Basin, Solar Water Heating system, fruit trees, awesome Seaview from the upstairs balcony. The space - Quiet hours from 12pm to 7am. - Guest pay for their power consumption with cash-power meters for the water pump & electricity uses. - No loud music or noise or parties and must be considerate to fellow flat-mates & neighbours. - Not to assign the privilege of living in the property to someone else and to live at property at their own risk. - To abide by rules & regulations to ensure peaceful co-existence. During your stay There is a caretaker and family on the property taking good care of you and the property. They are very helpful and will assist you within & beyond their means. They are very friendly & hard-working family. The lady will help you do your cooking, laundry, ironing, cleaning, etc. at a small cost. Other things to note Occasional there are power cuts. Guests pay for their utility (electricity & gas for cooking) consumption via the caretaker. Guest provide their toiletries & other personal effects.
