We also have wide parking space. Other things to note CHECK IN: 2:00 pm CHECK OUT: 12:30 pm HOUSE RULES : - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS (9:00 PM- 7:00 AM) NO VIDEOKE, minimize noise,, NO loud music - Please be attentive of your children and supervise them when swimming at the beach or pool. - Swimming at the beach is only up to 6:00 pm but you may stay at the beach shore. NO DRINKING at the beach after 9:00 pm - Pool is open 12:00 midnight. Please be respectful of other guest's rest hours. NO SPLASHING, DIVING and loud music/conversations. - Please check your valuables before checking out of the villa. - Management will not be held responsible for car damages at the parking area. Please be mindful of your vehicles. - Please pick up your pets excrement put it in a plastic and throw at the garbage bin. - The management has the right to stop any form of disturbances within the time of quiet hours (9 am - 6 pm). (disruptive music, loud voices, karaoke and playing by the pool) - Check out time is 12:30 PM, please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability.
