Modern kitchen -gas range stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, Ninja Blender, crockpot, & the cookware you need! GUESTS WILL CLEAN THE STOVE AND DISHES BEFORE CHECKING OUT! Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board! Close to Notre Dame, RV Super Center Goshen College, Hospitals, Shipshewana The space GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO ALL UPSTAIRS as shown in the pictures except the master bedroom. OWNER STORAGE. Noone else will be at the house. NO SHARING of the space!! Uta a PRIVATE Space. Guest access You will have the ENTIRE AVAILABLE RENTAL SPACE to yourselves. You WON'T share the space with anyone. Your PRIVACY is GUARANTEED!!! Guests have access to the 1st floor of the house, and the porch with a BBQ Grill & comfortable furniture for your relaxation! The Basement, and Master Bedroom are not available for guests to rent. OWNER STORAGE. You can rent the GARAGE for an additional fee. Feel free to send a request to rent the GARAGE if you need it. You can access the GARAGE only to put Trash is you are not renting it. There is 24 hr video surveillance in the basement, Master Bedroom and garage. Other things to note The neighborhood is a safe subdivision! 2 car parking on the driveway and extra free parking on the street. Our neighbors sometimes park on the street. Don't be alarmed. Great neighborhood watch in place!!! ■PETS:■ We allow pets (dogs and cats). A $398 pet fee applies per pet per stay **NOTIFY us if bringing more than one pet!! -GUEST MUST ADD THEIR PET at booking time. -If a PET IS NOT INCLUDED in the original booking and the guest doesn't notify the host of the presence of PETS OR EMOTIONAL ANIMALS- A $500 PER PET fee PENALTY will be charged to the guest -GUESTS MUST communicate in advance of a booking about reasonable accommodations for their pets
