Fully stocked Keurig and refreshments in the fridge for your arrival. Full kitchen and dining areas. Covered patio with couch & chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit and sparkling pool. Pool is available for use all year, but is not heated. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! The space ZERO tolerance for parties or over the max occupancy. Entire home, 3 Bedrooms, full kitchen, seating area with fireplace, TV area (smart TV), smart TV's in master bedroom & kids room with HDMI cables for game consoles or other electronics. Covered patio with furniture to relax by the pool. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note Trash & recycle is on Tuesdays. Please take cans to the street & back if you are booked during those days. Pool is maintained weekly on Tuesday & Friday. When checking out, please put all linens/towels in the laundry hamper, start dishwasher & take out trash. When using the BBQ or fire pit, remember to turn the gas OFF to preserve the tank for the next guest. Day time family gatherings allowed up to 10 people, no later than 8pm.
