Home in Fort Ripley

Bring the whole family to this peaceful lakehome with large open living space and dining area facing the lake. The space Lake home is 15 minutes from Brainerd or Little Falls for shopping, dining and healthcare. You will have an attached garage with two spaces. Guest access You have access to the full size laundry room and can work from a comfy chair from there too! Other things to note If you are staying at Cozy beach during the summer, our dock is shared with my family who occasionally take out their pontoon from our lift AND if you are interested in renting it for a fee, let us know in advance and we can possibly make arrangements (we do ask you if you are comfortable driving a boat and give you a bit of instruction about the motor, lift, areas on the lake that are shallow, etc…). If you are staying at Cozy Beach during the snow season, we can have the driveway cleared (We will provide snow removal once a week) but you will be responsible to shovel the walk way to the front door.
