Enjoy our pool, free parking, and stylish, comfy apartment in a gated community in Atlanta's Upper Westside. This flat has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining nook/office space, washer/dryer combo, full bathroom, two spacious bedrooms and a modern living room. Our neighborhood: >5 min walk to a beautiful park, restaurants, bars, Publix, amazing cafes & bakeries, yoga, spa, pet store, and an herbal shop! You'll fall in love with the convenience of the neighborhood! The space Think of this as your home away from home. You will have total access to the space! • WiFi (600 mbps) • Streaming services (NetFlix) - Roku TV provided with apps • Board/card games (monopoly, uno, etc.) • Wall tic tac toe • Entertainment system w/ a superb speaker • LED lighting features • Complimentary bottle of wine on us! The pool is typically open from May to the end of August. It is shared so there will be other people occasionally that live in the complex! However, it is spacious and goes as deep as 9ft. Lastly, it is closed on Monday’s for cleaning and maintenance. Guest access Front door and back door access with physical key or key code. Other things to note Please review the welcome letter upon arriving for WiFi password and other perks! • Smoking indoors isn’t allowed. There will be an additional fee of $250 for smoke detoxing procedures. • Your furry friend (dog or cat) is welcomed upon approval and with a pet fee to account for any possible incidentals. Only one (1) pet allowed due to restrictions from leasing agreement. • Key replacement fee is $150 per property management. Please make sure all keys provided are in the welcome box at check out. . We do have upstairs neighbors and may hear walking occasionally during the day.
