We’ve hosted solo adventurers, small families and groups during shorter stays, as well as couples. It is a private suite attached to our home with its own parking and separate keyless entrance so you can come and go as you please. In fact we rarely see our guests unless we’re getting into our vehicles at the same time. * Because of its setup this space has been popular and perfect for interns and medical students completing their rounds. The entire unit is available to you including laundry area with supplies, large bathroom and large bedroom. Designated parking space near the front of your entrance. Central AC and heating throughout the property and an additional unit just for your space to adjust the thermostat to your own liking. Includes Wi-Fi A brand new flat screen TV with HDMI inputs, Roku, Netflix, YouTube, and other built in app channels such as Disney/mystery/science/cooking/kids etc. which guests can sign into. A mini refrigerator, standard size Keurig machine Complimentary welcome gifts such as water bottles with light snacks or sweets are always provided. The journey may have been tiresome to get to us so we thought you’d like this touch. On request we can leave beach towels and a cooler in reserved space prior to your arrival. *An additional starter pack is complimentarily given to guests booking four or more days. There is a shopping plaza with a grocery store five minutes away for any additional items that you may want to purchase. Guest access Guests have access to their own private space on the north side of the house! 😊 We will not be in your space or entry way walking around. There are no shared spaces so enjoy doing as you please with a breeze. You have use of your own refrigerator, private laundry area/room with supplies, entry, parking space, inside sitting area, bluetooth speaker, bedroom, and bathroom. Other things to note -Children are welcome but please keep in mind that the space is not childproof. The tv is not mounted or held down with brackets, there are outlets like in any home some without childproof coverings, cleaning products, those darn Tide like pods, etc. As we have children ourselves we do try and keep things out of reach but ultimately you are solely responsible for the safety and monitoring of your child. -We can also provide a cooler with the bluetooth speaker that we will be more than happy to leave in the suite for you to use during your rental if requested in advance. -Please DO NOT remove your makeup with house washcloths or towels. It will stain them and we’ll just have to throw them away. Not very earth friendly. -Watch your step getting in and out of the tub, it is a LARGE 6ft soaker tub and you need to step into it. The glass door for the shower is very smooth, please do not slam it. -Also watch your step while entering the bedroom. There is a visual mark for your convenience, feel free to remove it whenever you’re comfortable or leave it. Your choice. If you feel like either of those would be an issue for you do not book or reconsider your booking. -As listed this is a separate private space attached to the main house. This is an Airbnb, temporary living arrangement in someone’s home. You may hear us throughout the day. Mainly as our family is preparing to start and finish our day. Happily we can say and you can tell from the reviews it is generally quiet and the neighborhood is always quiet. -Empty all trash receptacles at the end of your stay or when they’re full and place them into one of the big bins out front. And most of all enjoy your stay.
