Brand new weber gas grill for barbqs, and a stone chimneyed fire pit for smores! There are several comfy rooms to hide in, with mix of modern quirks and antiques. Please care for the home as if it were yours. The laundry is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, (adjacent to upper deck) happens to also have lovely sunset views. A full bath on first and second floors. (3) bedrooms = master w/ queen, bedroom w/ fullsize, and last bedroom w/ twin bed. Please confirm amount of guests at booking, no extra guests please, some exceptions may apply. Guest access Full house access, except basement and attic likely not of any interest! There is a large garage building off limits please. Sorry, no room for indoor parking, yet there is a spacious driveway.
