Great for medical rotations, co-ops, interns, and travelers of all types! A nice cozy room, with a very comfortable QUEEN SIZED BED. Plenty of closet space if you'd like to use it for your clothes. Open for LONG-TERM or SHORT-TERM Stays. The home is centrally located and is about a 5 minute drive to local restaurants and stores. The space My home is warm, cozy, and welcoming. It is lived in and shared with a very lovable and loyal ChiPoo, Chihuahua and Poodle mix, named Cobie. Check in is preferred between 11am and 3pm EST so I can personally welcome you, show you around, and introduce you to Cobie. If arrival during that window is not possible, we can coordinate other arrangements once your reservation is confirmed. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. The room includes a queen sized bed. I respect your space fully and will not enter your room while you are staying here. Your stay always begins with fresh clean sheets. For longer stays, if you prefer daily bedding changes, you will be responsible for washing and drying the linens. Guest access Welcome! Enter code 0947, then press TECHO and wait for the door to unlock. When exiting, unlock the deadbolt and close the door. It will lock automatically on its own. Your room is located upstairs in the center of the hallway. There is a shared refrigerator available for guest use in the lower level (basement). You are welcome to use the top of the refrigerator for dry storage as well. My home is your home away from home. Make yourself comfortable and at ease during your stay. Smoking is only permitted outside the home. During your stay Any communication is always welcomed, but certainly not expected. Other things to note You will most likely be greeted by Cobie, a very lovable and loyal 16 pound ChiPoo, Chihuahua and Poodle mix, who takes pride in his home. He may bark or give a short growl when first meeting new guests. This is simply his way of getting familiar. Once he adjusts to you, he becomes a friendly companion for life. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If other guests are present, this helps maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone in the home. During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum, especially in shared areas and within your room, including TV volume and phone use.
