Nice room+private bathroom (not ensuite)+balcony

Due to some questions, we would like to clarify that it's not an entire flat, it is just a private room and private bathroom (not ensuite). With that being said, the room counts with an air conditioner, a large wardrobe, and a Queen-sized bed and is located in a very central area. The space The flat is full of good vibes; pets are also accepted. In addition, there is no humidity and the area is quiet, safe, and easily accessible. Guest access Guests have access to common areas and can also use the kitchen once per day. During your stay I will be available for any questions or suggestions that you may have and/or if you need recommendations on places of interest. Other things to note No shoes at home; you can take put them on a shoe rack located right at the entrance of the flat.
