Welcome to our Treehouse! This incredible home will comfortably host your entire group with great sleeping accommodations. With three living spaces and 4 decks, you can always find a quiet space. Built over a natural seasonal creek and a waterfall in the backyard, bamboo, mature trees, even a statue of Buddha... our home is the ultimate retreat. You can easily walk downtown and quickly get to local hiking and biking trails. The space Walking up to the home and you know you've come to a special place. As you cross the bridge over the creek, both the home and the 40 foot bamboo tower above as they welcome you. With 6 half levels, this house seems endless with defined and purposeful spaces including a dining room, three separate living areas, and the most relaxing home office and gym you've ever seen. It includes 4 bedrooms with 4 queen sized beds, 1 king sized bed, and one fold out couch and a blow up bed. On top of our detached garage at the end of the driveway is an ADU that is rented out as well. Renters will need to walk up driveway to access but driveway parking is reserved for the main house guests. Guest access The Treehouse has a long driveway available for parking, and it located on a cul-de-sac with plenty of additional parking available. Sinsheimer park, disc-golf course, baseball stadium, and school are right down the street. Downtown, is about a mile walk from the house with a safe and convenient bike path as the route. Other things to note This home has 3 Ring security cameras on the exterior. One at the door bell on the front porch, one near the mailbox facing the street, and one on the driveway side of the house looking at the garage/ ADU. There are no cameras inside the home or on any of the decks.
