Beautiful lake house with dock. Kayaks, boats & games provided. Big back yard, nearby beach space. AC's in the bedrooms. Fire pit, Grill. Enjoy fishing, swimming & water toys right off your shore or enjoy association beaches with community run activities. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need except food and napkins. Master bedroom has king sized bed, guest bedroom has a queen and single bed. The sunsets over the lake are the best in CT. Please note that you're expected to bring your own bed sheets, towels, blankets, and pillow cases for the king size, queen, and single size beds. Please also bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Note that this is a seasonal lake house that does not have central heat. We do have two space heaters you can use for the bedroom at night. (And of course we have a water heater for sinks and shower). Enjoy fishing, kayaking, & swimming right off your shore and dock, or enjoy one of the two association beaches. You are invited to participate in the activities run by a very organized association sometimes held at the community club house or posted locations. Kitchen is fully equipped with most anything you need except food. Available by phone, able to reach premises within 3 hours. Association, very private. Accessible by roads, boats on lake. No motor boats on lake. Ceiling fan in living room, two air conditioners in bed rooms. Two small space heaters to use if it gets cold at night. We cannot guarantee there will be gas in the tank for the grill, nor can we guarantee there will be wood for the fire pit. But often there is some left over. You can purchase both (wood, or refill the propane tank) quickly at the Stop and Shop 10 minutes away.
