The perfect setting for your stay in Copenhagen

This cozy, bright and nice apartment is the perfect setting for a wonderful stay in Copenhagen. Valby station is 5 minutes away - from there 7 minutes by train to the central station. It takes 10-15 minutes on bike to central CPH. The Zoo, Carlsberg City and the hip Vesterbro are only 1 km away. A nice park (Søndermarken, 300 m. away) and several grocery stores nearby and a shopping center (Spinderiet). Even though it is so close to the city center, it is still a peaceful neighbourhood. Other things to note Welcome to our home here in Copenhagen. We really hope that you will have a pleasant stay here, enjoy Copenhagen and take good care of our apartment while you are here. We have a few house rules: Apartment - No shoes inside the apartment, except in the hallway, please place them just by the door. - No smoking anywhere in the apartment and the balcony. - Please don’t move any of our stuff, books, plants or anything – we like them where they are and as they are. - We trust you to take good care of our apartment and our stuff, but if something breaks or anything happens, please do tell us in advance – thanks. Kitchen - You are free to use everything in the kitchen. - The food and drinks we have in the fridge, freezer and our cabinets are ours and we kindly ask you to buy your own and not take any of ours. - The stove is a gas stove (press and hold, turn) if you use it make sure to remember to turn it off. - You can put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher. - If you cook, please clean afterwards and throw trash and packaging in the garbage. Cleaning - You have already paid for the cleaning, but we hope that you will throw out your trash and keep the apartment as clean as you would if it was your own place. Electronics - You can use the WIFI as much as you want, as long as you don’t download any heavy files. - The small loudspeaker on the bookcase can be connected with your laptop or phone through Bluetooth. Building - The apartment building is from 1935, therefore the walls and ceilings aren’t that thick, so remember to respect our friendly neighbours and keep the speaker at a “normal” volume level. If you can comply with this, we really hope, that you will feel just as much home, as we do here and enjoy our apartment. Have an awesome time and enjoy lovely Copenhagen.
