The apartment is 30 meters from Fröåsvängen in Sadeln, in the middle of Åre's ski system that connects Sadeln and Björnen with central Åre, as well as Ullådalen and Rödkullen The lifts Sadelexpressen, Högåsliften and Hermelinenliften are just below the hill Cross-country ski trails are within walking distance in Björnen In summer, you can hike, cycle, test the high-altitude track and ride ziplines The apartment has a south-facing patio with fantastic views of Renfjället and Åresjön, and you can enjoy a fireplace and sauna The space Wi-Fi, parking and departure cleaning are included. Electric vehicle charging is available. You can charge the electric car via an app, which you download from e.g. Appstore. Information about the app is available at the parking lot. The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm Bedroom 2: two bunk beds where both the upper and lower beds are 80 cm wide The apartment has: - A desk in the bedroom with a double bed - A TV in the living room, and a TV in the bedroom with a double bed - A bathroom with shower, sauna and washing machine - Large hall with drying cabinet and cleaning sink - Living room with fireplace, a large corner sofa, two armchairs and a pouf - Well-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher - Wireless broadband with WiFi, cable TV with many channels and Chromcast to be able to stream your own selection - A sunny south-facing patio - Lockable ski storage room - A parking space with engine heater - Water hose that can be used to rinse off bicycles in summer Throughout, there is oak parquet or clinics with underfloor heating in all rooms. Other things to note Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are not included, so bring your own. Sheet for the double bed 160x200, sheet for the single beds 80x200, duvet cover for all beds 150x200, pillowcase 50x60. When you book, you can rent a linen set per person for SEK 275. A linen set contains a sheet, a duvet cover, a pillowcase, a large and a small towel. Bedding is not included. Toilet paper, soap/shampoo and dishwasher detergent/dishwashing detergent are not included. There is a Nespresso in the apartment but you will have to bring your own pods. There's also a SodaStream. You can order firewood for the fireplace and have it delivered to the apartment. Price for a bag of firewood is SEK 250. Smoking is not permitted. Parties are forbidden. We don't rent out to friend groups/party groups.
