Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. The sandy north-coast surfing beaches, Port Issac, Tintagel, Eden project an easy drive away. A tranquil retreat awaits on return. The space An exceptionally spacious lounge has comfortable sofas with a large log burner and 55 inch TV with sound surround. All rooms have far-reaching valley views. Beds comprise of super king, king, double and twin in the fourth bedroom. A large south-facing patio with comfortable outside furniture lends itself to eating al fresco in summer evenings for which a bbq is provided. The farmhouse table seats 8 within a spacious kitchen. There is also a coffee making machine. The main bedroom is en-suite and a shared bathroom lies in between the other bedroomswith a large cloakroom with a walk-in shower by the entrance hall. Parking for several cars. Apart from the log-burner, there is oil fired underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators in the first floor rooms and underfloor in the bathrooms. STRICTLY NO PARTIES Guest access Saturday to Saturday bookings only please. There is parking for several cars. Lawns at the front and one side, with a courtyard to the rear for guest use. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor of the house and on the lawns. A sofa for dogs is provided but please keep dogs off the rest of the furniture. A stair-gate in situ will help you prevent dogs from going upstairs. Thank you. STRICTLY NO PARTIES Other things to note Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome - please ensure lawns are clean for the next guests on departure. No dogs upstairs please, there is a stair gate if required. Stables and a horse paddock to the rear of the property (but out of sight) are unfortunately not available for guests to walk around unattended. The nearby track belongs to the neighboring farm but there is a plethora of scenic walks from the doorstep and deer can be seen from the house in the fields on most mornings for those less energetic. STRICTLY NO PARTIES Parents are expected to do their own risk assessment and take preventative action according to their own situation. I.e. protect head height sharp corners on furniture from children etc.
