Description

Welcome to The Darling Disco, a unique guest house hidden in the trees down scenic gravel roads with a little extra sparkle! Cozy cabin or whimsical escape - why not both? Choose your own adventure in this tranquil spot: options for your stay include cozying up by the wood stove, waking up to big PNW views, turning up your favorite tunes for some dancing on your own, simmering with a bath bomb in the spa tub, and selecting the exact level of "Disco Mode" to suit your mood - your choice! The space The Darling Disco is located on a secluded 5-acres high atop a hill in the trees, with incredible views of the Skagit Valley. The space features a number of places to relax, dance, work, and take in the views, whether it's the cozy living room, private office, or expansive deck. The Darling Disco is also stocked with an ever expanding list of fun features that allow you switch from daytime to disco-mode with the push of a button. Guest access Located down a long private gravel road through a tunnel of trees, The Darling Disco is approximately 15 minutes away from both downtown Sedro-Woolley and Mount Vernon. Plenty of parking is available onsite and the property is safe, private, and secure. My husband and I live and work in the house next door and are available at any time to assist with your needs and questions. Other things to note A note for winter guests: windstorms, heavy rains and snow are fairly common occurrences between November and February in this area. This means that we get the occasional regional power outage, and snowfall on our hilly driveway can sometimes make getting in and out of the property a little tricky for some vehicles. The Disco is equipped with basic supplies, a propane fireplace, oven and stove to keep you comfy during power outages, which are usually resolved within an hour or two, though on occasion go longer. Though it's unlikely that you'll need them during your stay, keeping an eye on the forecast and having chains on hand is recommended if you drive a vehicle that doesn't handle well in the snow or on wet gravel.
