A Suite Spot on Echo is a spacious studio above the garage that makes a stay away seem like a cozy home away from home. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just two miles from central downtown Petaluma. We’re located on a corner lot nestled in a lovely neighborhood off any busy through streets. I have 4 distinct palm trees that line my property that house owls and crows and all kinds of other birds that may serenade you come morning. The suite feels a bit like a treehouse or watchtower. A Suite Spot is a charming well lit spacious room with an eclectic mix of artsy and opulent design esthetics; high ceilings with exposed beams, windows overlooking the front gardens filled with seasonal fruit trees and other botanical delights. It contains a cozy queen bed (latex mattress) dressed with fine linens, and a clothing armoire to store your cloths. It has a dining table that can also be used to play a game or plot an adventure. There is an additional desk workspace to set up your computer. The suite has Xfinity: WiFi and smart TV; a full private bathroom (with bath tub) and towels and toiletries included. It also contains a kitchenette to suit all your kitchen needs; a mini fridge w/freezer, double countertop burner, a toaster oven and microwave; an electric kettle and variety of teas and coffee; an end of counter workspace with USB ports built into the wall. The house is solar powered and the room offers you control of your desired temperature. There is with a small window AC to keep you cool on the hot days, and it’s own low profile wall furnace to keep warm on colder nights. You will enter into a uniquely decorated foyer featuring high vaulted ceilings and swinging monkeys lighting your way up 13 stairs to your lovely lofty suite. Available by cell. A Suite Spot is located on the south east side of Petaluma in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 2 miles from the downtown area. Petaluma is spirited little town home to amazing restaurants, antique and boutique shopping, art makers and galleries, craft breweries and small boutique distilleries. Petaluma is the gateway to wine country; 15 miles from Sonoma, 25 to Napa and under 20 to Point Reyes Station and Point Reyes National Seashore and the pacific coastlines of both Marin and Sonoma counties meandering through country roads and breathtaking views. A Suite Spot on Echo is easily accessible by airport shuttles from San Francisco International and Oakland International airports about an hour (minimum) north of those primary Bay Area airports. I am happy to pick up from shuttle stop with advance notice, schedule permitting. Otherwise Uber, Lyfts and taxis are all available and often waiting at the airport shuttle drop off location. Most Sonoma experiences are best accessed by car. Charming Petaluma is relatively flat and great for biking. There are countless country roads leading you out to the spectacular Sonoma coast and west Marin’s Point Reyes National Seashore along scenic open farmlands and vineyards; Petaluma is considered the gateway into our bountiful wine country. *The City of Petaluma requires all AirBnB hosts to collect 10% hotel tax (T.O.T. /Transient Occupancy Tax). You might hear her upon arrival as she will often bark to alert the arrival of someone at the door, but is never far from me and is an absolute love. **Dog policy: Your fury companion is welcome, but please note: the suite is carpeted and there is no fenced outdoor area for you dog to run about freely; and it’s not appropriate to leave them unattended for more that 4 hours.
