We rent our small house with character located in the Arguenon valley on the edge of the Plédéliac forest and only 6 minutes from the RN12. Ideal for being in nature, this house is ideally located to visit the very rich natural and heritage sites of the surroundings: - Château de la Hunaudaye (4 minutes) - Jugo-les-lacs (5 minutes) - Dinan (20 minutes) - Saint Malo (40 minutes) - the Emerald Coast and its beautiful beaches (25 minutes) - etc. The space The ground floor includes: large dining and living room, kitchen with laundry room.
