Adequate parking for 3-4 cars if parked properly. We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Make sure outdoor fireplaces/ woodstoves are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a all wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! The property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing soap, garbage bags.. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING No pets allowed.
