Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, providing total privacy and comfort during your stay. Access Registration: To enter the condominium, it is necessary to register in advance. You will need to send the photo document (such as RG or CNH) and vehicle information (model and license plate) before your arrival. This is done to ensure security and access control to the site. Other Important Rules: We ask that you respect the condominium rules, especially with regard to quiet hours and the use of common areas. Leisure areas such as the swimming pool and barbecue area must be scheduled in advance, following the rules established by the condominium.
