Basketball (and Pickleball) Barn

Living area consists of a 1 bedroom apartment within a basketball gym facility. Includes a kitchen with full cooking amenities, family room with TV (Netflix, YouTube TV, ESPN and local channels) and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and TV. The bathroom is separate from the apartment, but within the gym facility. Additional inflatable bed is available upon request. The gym will be available exclusively for guests throughout their stay. All parties are prohibited. The space The Basketball Barn consists of a 1-bedroom apartment and regulation half-court basketball court. Guests are welcome to use the basketball court at any time during their stay. See the Basketball Barn website to learn more about its services and programs. Visit the event calendar to view upcoming events and/or to reserve the gym for personal use outside your AirBnB reservation. The Basketball Barn is especially well suited for those who enjoy playing basketball and/or pickle ball. We are located 20 minutes SE of Wichita; just 2 miles north of Udall, KS. The Basketball Barn is a great place for "getting away!" No distractions other than an occasional tractor passing by or coyote howling in the distance! Guest access All living space is fully accessible and private for our guests. Guests enter the apartment through the west door of the gym. Other things to note The apartment is enclosed within the gym facility and it is intended to provide comfortable sleeping conditions for approximately 6 people. There are 2 queen-sized beds upstairs and room for 1 additional inflatable queen bed downstairs. The sofa can also be used if needed or preferred. Please note that we DO NOT allow parties at the Basketball Barn. We are pet friendly but limit pets to 1 dog (if approved and notified in advance). Two security cameras are mounted in the gym (not the apartment) to assure proper use of the facility.
