Private Guest Room in Family Home

We have a very comfortable, kid friendly, apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the south of Munich. We offer our third bedroom out to a responsible person or persons with or without children. We really enjoy offering an affordable space to people travelling through Munich. It's been a lovely experience sharing our home with people from all around the world. We especially enjoy hosting families and backpackers. The space I will start by clarifying this is not a whole apartment listing. Spaces in this listing will be shared with me and my family!!! If you are not looking for this type of accommodation, this is probably as far as you need to read. ;) The room has one queen size bed, and one single bed with an optional floor mattress or baby bed. We offer the space to groups of two adults or couples with children. So four people total, but no more than two adults. We find that more than two adults in the house is rather crowded and the space is just too small. Nevertheless, you are welcome to inquire about larger groups of adults. We do, on occasion, make exceptions to this rule. There are only 1.5 baths in the apartment which means that we will be sharing the shower. We will use the shower daily between 7 & 8 in the morning as well as whenever we bath the kids at night. The half bath is for you, the guest, and is not shared. Therefore, you have a separate private space store your things. We ask that you only use the main bathroom for showering. Guests also have access to the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Regarding the kitchen use, I would like to add that with two small children in the house, we find it very hard to keep the kitchen clean all the time. We try our best, but sometimes it does not get cleaned as quickly as we would like. Guest access Street parking in our area is free and usually readily available. Public transportation is also fairly easy. There is a bus station (Krankenhaus Martha Maria) that is right in front of our house where you can ride the bus to the nearest underground or train station. During your stay I am currently a stay at home dad, so I am available to help out with anything you may need. We are pretty peaceful most of the time, but please be prepared to stay in the same house with children. When the weather is good, we like to be outside on the river or playground, but when its bad, we are often inside playing most of the day.
