Double room in 3 bedroom shared house near centre

A spacious double bedroom available in this three bedroom terrace property close to Warrington town centre. The available room is on the first floor and at the front of the property. It has its own desk with chair, a wardrobe, drawers and a bed. Bedding and a towel will be provided. New carpet in the bedroom and new flooring downstairs. The space The property has 2 other bedrooms (one on the first floor and the other on the ground floor) both rented out through AirBnb and normally with long term guests. Please feel free to enquire about who you may be sharing with. The shared areas of the property include the kitchen, dining room and the bathroom all located on the ground floor. The property is warm and homely. Guest access Access to the property is via the back door. The front entrance is solely for the guest on the ground floor as this leads directly into that bedroom. There is free on-street parking at the front and rear. During your stay I live semi locally and will always be available by telephone or message. Other things to note Please note: A bath towel and bedding is provided as standard but longer term guests (two weeks or longer) will be expected to purchase their own consumables (shower gel and toilet paper etc) once those issued upon arrival in the "welcome pack" have been used up. All three tenants/guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the common areas (bathroom/kitchen/dining area). I always clean between guests. I will be around from time to time to help and always available by phone/text. The property is currently up for sale. As anyone will know this is a very long process even once an offer is agreed it can be 4+ months. Guests are kept well informed of any progress and it should not effect you if you are staying for 3 months or less.
