Queen sized room just outside downtown Gettysburg

(3 bedrooms available in the whole house, we have separate listings if you need another room) This particular bedroom has a queen sized bed and closet. Quiet neighborhood about 6 miles from downtown Gettysburg. Very clean upstairs rooms with shared bathroom and nice sitting area. Patio with firepit for outdoor use if desired. WiFi available and coffee/tea in mornings. Bathroom is shared if other guests are present. Please note: *Check out time is 10am on Sundays. Guest access In the back of the house is a sitting area with a gas fire pit which is available to all guests During your stay The rooms you will be staying in are in my home, so we will be available for questions about the area, etc if needed. If you prefer total privacy, that is fine too. Other things to note Parking is available in the main driveway in front of the garage doors No smoking No alcohol No pets
