Guest access All areas of the house. Other things to note GENERAL RULES: + Pets can be approved as part of the booking, however, incur additional fees. These will need to approved prior to booking being complete. + This is a non-smoking property, including vapes. No smoking out in the courtyard area. + Please don't restyle our home. We like our furniture and furnishings where they are placed. + Irrigation system not to be turned off during stay. PET RULES: + Pets only approved when disclosed in the booking with pet breed and temperament. + We request a further security deposit of $500.00 after your booking sent as a Request for Money to be paid within 24 hours of the accepted booking. The security deposit covers but is not limited to the following; + We allow pets to be with their owners because they are family however, our rules are strict and need to be followed in the interests of health and maintaining the house condition. + If dog hair is found on bed linen, the bed linen will be destroyed and back charged to the guest to replace it. This includes cushions, pillows, throw rugs. Throw rugs are not to be used as dog rugs. Towels are not to be used for dogs. There are specific dog towels + rugs labelled in the linen cupboard. + Extra cleaning fees will be applied at $85 per hour if we find dog hair on outdoor furniture or on stairs. + Pets only allowed on ground level and not on stairs or in upstairs bedrooms. + No pets sleeping on any furniture including outdoor furniture. + Extra cleaning fees of $85 per hour will be applied if furniture is soiled from dirt and dog hair. + Dog blankets not to be put in washing machine. If dog hair is found in the washing machine, additional cleaning costs of $80 per hour will apply. + All pet poo needs to be picked up out of garden before your departure. A sweep of the garden to ensure all is picked up. If pet poo is found in garden, cleaning fees of $80 per hour applies to pick this up. If we find any of the above items have not been complied with, we will disclose the reasons with evidence of photos and proceed with rectification. The security deposit will be claimed to the value of the items required to be fixed or replaced. In the event all pet rules are followed, then the security deposit will be refunded in full up to 5 days vacating of the property. OUR LITTLE HUMAN / CHILDREN RULES// + No loose glitter or glitter pens at all in the property. + No texters or pens used in bed. If bed linen has pen on it, this will be destroyed and needs to be replaced at the guests cost. + Additional cleaning costs will be charged for hand prints all over the glass doors.
