Living room furnished with a comfortable sofa set and It provides a stunning view of Rakaposhi 🏔️. 👉Washrooms 🛀🚿🧽 All bedrooms have en-suite washrooms, basic amenities are provided. 👉Garden 🪴🏡⛲️ Our beautiful lush green garden with fruit trees welcomes guests with seasonal fruits like cherries, apples, and grapes. Modern and local seating arrangements are available, ideal for enjoying sunsets and open BBQ. 🍗 👉4 KW Solar system. 💡Our property is now powered by a 4 kW green energy system, ensuring 24/7 lighting. With a reliable backup battery, you'll enjoy uninterrupted light . 👉GAS Geyser 🚿 A main instant Gas water boiler has been installed to cover the entire floor for hot water 🚿. This Guesthouse caters to the needs of travelers 🧳 🏔 🚙 who seek a comfortable, independent, private, hassle-free, and local experience. 2️⃣Please don't expect 24hrs services like a hotel 🏨, but you will definitely get privacy and a family environment, just like at home. 3️⃣Please note that the price mentioned here is for entire 1st floor in which 3 bed rooms with attached baths, Kitchen & Dining area, with Living Room will be inclusive. Each room accommodates @ 2 adults and 2 kids. Each room is perfect 😍 for one family of 4 members. 4️⃣We only accommodate families in our Guesthouse. 5️⃣No additional rooms are available for your driver or maid. 6️⃣Room Cleaning shall be done every 3rd day if the stay is more than 3 nights. 😁🤗 Thanks for understanding, and we are very excited to welcome you in Hunza 🤩😁 📿🤲 Wishing you a safe journey to Hunza 🍀 Guest access ✅ Upon check-in, depending on your booking type you will be given access to your room, while, kitchen/dining area, living room are shared space with rest of guests. In case of booking all 3 rooms than the entire floor will solely dedicated to you. ✅ You can enjoy the beautiful garden (shared) with fruit trees and seating arrangements. Guests will be greeted with seasonal fruits. ✅ The rooftop is also accessible for a panoramic view of the valley and surrounding mountains. ✅ Parking is conveniently located next to the Guesthouse. Other things to note 🙏 Kindly note that we accept bookings via Airbnb. Payments can be made through Airbnb using credit/debit cards, and the amount will be transferred to our account upon your check-in. We recommend using Airbnb for the safe payment and guarantee of your booking. 👉 If you prefer to contact us directly without using Airbnb, a booking confirmation will be considered only if an initial 50% of the rent is paid well in advance. Bank account details will be provided once your booking confirmation is received. Only booking or verbal confirmation alone will not 🚫 be considered a commitment or guarantee from our side, and rooms may be allocated to other guests.
