The cottage is located on spring fed Three Mile Lake in Katrine/Burks Falls. The space The property is beautifully landscaped with tall pine trees, beautiful gardens and a large grass yard. A short trail leads you down to the private dock with 125 feet of waterfront. The dock is in deep enough water to tie a fishing boat or small bow rider too. Perfect for canoeing and kayaking. There is also a Weber three burner bbq ready for your use. Other things to note There is an emergency back up generator just in case there is a power outage which will run all the amenities of the cottage.
