Other things to note There is an apartment attached to the house, that’s additional guest space with separate entrance, bath, and kitchenette. I live in this apartment. I have lived on the property in the back apartment almost the entire time the house has been rented as a vacation home. I am mostly there to wind down after work and sleep. I have a standard poodle that is very sweet and friendly. Please do not block the driveway. There is ample parking to allow for turnaround and navigating. Please avoid parking in the grass but you can turn around on the grass to help you exit the property 'face first'. A note about cleanliness and old homes: Part of the charm of old homes and buildings is original and often now unavailable trims and fixtures. One of the reasons I bought this particular old house 17 years ago is that so much of the house is original to the 1929 building plan. Please try to understand that a house that is 92 years old with most of its original fixtures and trims will not be picture perfect. The patina that accumulates over time while charming to one, may be off putting to another. Please be assured, while I'm not perfect, the house is professionally cleaned in between visits and maintained as efficiently as possible. Very old tile floors and original cast iron tubs may not be what you are used to seeing in a hotel room and aren't going to be Ajax white. Wood floors stained and washed over 92 years may not pass the white glove test. I only include this information to be fair to the house and to you. It's not perfect, It's old, I love it and most others do too. But if antiseptic surroundings make you most comfortable please reconsider this property for a new one or a hotel room. I do not want anyone to ever be disappointed and thank you for considering this property.
