The second floor loft bedroom features a king bed and attached full bathroom. There is a full service kitchen with tons of little extras for the chefs in the group and the newly updated back deck with propane grill overlooking the woods is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away! Washer and dryer in unit as well! The space We also feature a pull out sofa in the main living area that is suitable for guests as well! Pets are not permitted. Check-in is via coded keypad. This property is located on the grounds of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort but we are not associated with the resort we are private owners. Please note, the resort is closed to the public. Please contact the resort for details on possible activities open to the public. You will have access to our condo association pool - (this is open to all condos in the Laurel Ponds Complex typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day)- as well as numerous walking trails throughout the area during your stay. Please feel free to check out the numerous activities close by to enjoy during your stay! New for 2023- 2024 Nemacolin is offering Season Ski Passes to the public. Please check out their website for details and pricing. If you are a season pass holder you will have access to THE PEAK only not the entire resort. **This is a home is intended for family groups. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. All guests must be at least 25 years old (ID Required) or minor children staying with parents. We do not permit early check-in's or late check-out's at this property due to the amount of time required for cleaning.** Condo pool is open to all guests of the Laurel Ponds Condo Complex and is not ours exclusively. It is typically open May-September weather permitting. We do provide supplies to get you started during your stay. Depending on the number of guests / nights you are staying you will need additional supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glassware, etc. but we typically do not leave cooking items from guest to guest for sanitation reasons so please plan accordingly if you plan to cook at the condo. If you are staying for an extended stay please plan to bring additional paper/cleaning products. The outside gas grill is yours to use as well. We keep a spare tank at the condo at all times.
