Come enjoy our piece of paradise! It's a ground floor condo right on the beach (non-driving). Walk 2 minutes to world-famous JB's seafood bar and restaurant! Here you can rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Paddle over to view the wild manatees! Our part of the beach is away from the larger condos, so you'll have so much space to yourselves. Other condo amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts/pickleball courts, as well as wifi and apple tv in living room. The space The place is perfect for a family. Very few condos in New Smyrna Beach offer 3 bedrooms. You can walk the beach or share drink on the large patio whey the grandparents take care of the kids by the pool! Guest access The whole condo! Other things to note There is great fishing available on the beachfront! We catch bluefish! You can walk endless beach. Last condo on the strip ensures privacy.
