Quiet, private room, only 1 mile from downtown!

1 mile from downtown! You get your own private bedroom w/ a private bathroom in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 2.4 miles from Rupp Arena, 2.5 mi from UK. Your bedroom will be on the 1st story along with the bathroom you'll use. The Green Room is upstairs with its own bathroom and is often booked by guests as well. You're welcome to use the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and backyard if you'd like. The space You'll be staying in the Purple Room! My house is about 20 years old so pretty new and has all new, modern appliances. The kitchen, dining table, laundry room, and living room are downstairs, which you are welcome to use. There is a small fenced-in backyard as well. The Green Room is usually booked too. I do all the cleaning and maintenance and sometimes I'm there to greet guests and sometimes I send the check-in instructions, depending on how our schedules align. I'm always available for questions! Guest access Kitchen, living room, laundry room, dining room, front porch, and backyard are all open to you! During your stay Guests have had a wide range of experiences in my home, always good. Sometimes they meet each other and become best friends and stay in touch! Other times they never even meet due to schedules and sleeping patterns. And then everything in between. Everyone has always been great at respecting space, boundaries, and noise levels so you'll have a wonderful experience. Other things to note I hope you get some nice rest!
