A scenic drive from Ohio University/Athens (30 min), Hocking Hills (60 min), Marietta, OH (35 min), and Stroud’s Run State Park (20 min)—a peaceful base for campus visits, outdoor adventures, and exploring Southeast Ohio. Guest access 🚪 You’ll have full, private access to the entire cottage, including the hot tub, fenced yard, patio, and grill. Guests are also welcome to explore the trails, meadows, woods, and micro-lake area throughout Hidden Lake Meadows. Take a walk through the woods, wander the pollinator meadows, enjoy the scenery, or simply find a quiet spot to slow down and take it all in. Please observe property rules: NO SWIMMING, FISHING, HUNTING, FIREWORKS, or OPEN FIRES. Enjoy easy self check-in with keyless entry and convenient parking just steps from the cottage. Other things to note 🐶 Dog-friendly! We provide dog towels, toys, and a secure fenced yard so your pups can enjoy the property, too. DOGS MUST BE CRATED if leaving them alone or unattended during your stay.
