College Hill Wildflower Bungalow

The centrally located and adorable bungalow is located in the College Hill neighborhood. It is a 5 minute commute to UO campus. The 1920’s bungalow offers modern amenities with elegant craftsmanship throughout! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a bonus room. The living room offers a bright space to view the variety of blooming flowers that surround the house or snuggle up with a book by the gas fireplace. An outdoor deck and patio provide the perfect space to bbq and relax outside. The space There is a queen and king bedroom on the main level, each with their own closets. The queen room also has a desk space. There is a main level full bathroom. The downstairs includes a king bedroom, closet and a full bathroom. There is also a flex/media room downstairs and a laundry room. The flex space includes some games and books as well as a Roku TV. This is the only TV in the house and it can be used to watch favorite TV subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There is no regular cable service. Guest access Information on entry to the house will be provided prior to the start of your reservation. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We have an xfinity alarm system to monitor the house while we are away. It does not have any cameras. We accept a total of 6 guests. During the winter months the outdoor furniture is covered or stored in the garage, this includes the BBQ. THIS HOUSE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR PARTIES! The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood and the neighbors are very sensitive to noise/parties. On the weekends, quiet hours are 9:30pm- 8am and during the week 8:30pm-8am. Noise and loud conversations from the deck can travel easily! For the sake of our future guests and our neighbors, this is a strict policy. Thanks for understanding- we hope you enjoy this house! Guest access There is a private driveway and detached garage which can provide parking for one vehicle. It is a fairly steep driveway. There is also free parking on the street. Other things to note This is a great neighborhood with close access to downtown, shops, grocery stores and the U of O campus. It is a short drive, walk or bike commute to Hayward field and Autzen stadium.
