Situated in a three bedroom, 1.5 bath character house in the north end of Halifax, right off Hwy 102 and walking distance to the Halifax Shopping Center, major grocery and liquor stores. 17 min bus ride to Downtown. Hosted by an exceptionally experienced young man who I am proud to call my brother, Dylan. This house is accustomed to welcoming all peoples from around the world with open arms, a positive attitude and a safe environment. The space Large, clean and spacious private room with queen size bed and all the comforts of a couch, bar fridge, private T.V. (with Netflix), a closet and table. With the pull out sofa the room is capable of hosting up to four people. The house is fully furnished and you will have full access to the main living area with flat screen TV and fireplace, kitchen, dinning room, with washer and dryer in the basement. Wifi is freely available. There is driveway parking available to you. The backyard hosts an impressively large deck with furniture to bask in the sun. You are close enough to make the 40 min walk right downtown Halifax or you can pick up your favorite summer and grill it on our backyard BBQ and enjoy drinks around the firepit. Guest access The house is open concept. Dylan and Kyle Frank are very open minded and easy to get along with. The main floor has a comfortable living room with wood fireplace and a dinning room. I encourage my guests to take advantage of the large kitchen and the fridge. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. There is driveway parking available to you. During your stay Frank and I are very down to earth people. If you want space to do your own thing, you'll have it. But if you want to socialize with beers and a campfire in the backyard, we are more than willing to have a few laughs with ya. Other things to note I have a driveway able to fit a vehicle and there is additional parking on the street. I would be able to give you a key and you may come and go as you please. Dylan has an adorable cat named Archie, he sleeps and in his room. We are excited to meet you and elevate your Halifax experience.
