The living room has a large screen TV and a comfortable couch and a handwoven wool carpet. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, french press and kettle. Both bedrooms feature Queen sized beds. The couch is also able to function as a bed - backrest is removable (double size). The balcony also has outdoor patio furniture. High speed wifi is included. The condo is situated on a quiet intersection that is a 2 minute walk from Queen Street West which is an artery for homegrown labels, both affordable and high-end restaurants, art galleries and fitness clubs. There is a grocery store (Freshmart) 10 second walk from the front steps of the condo along with a bakery across the street (Ricarda's) and a Starbucks located on the main floor. Barry’s is a 2 min walk! You are a 2 minute walk from shopping and a variety of restaurants on Queen Street West (Aritzia, H&M, Anthropologie). A 10 minute walk from two subway stations (Osgoode and St. Andrew) and 5 minute walk to Spadina and Queen streetcar. HOUSE RULES: 1. no parties/events/large gatherings to be hosted here; 2. no shoes indoors (please leave by doors); 3. Smoking ONLY on balcony and please place cigarette butts in ashtray; 4. $700 fine for smoking inside the house and the same for any cigarette butts dropped onto neighbours balconies or onto street; 4. $150 charge for lost key / fob.
