The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The space This is an extension to our house with its own entrance. The ground floor has small porch which leads to the kitchen and sitting/dinning area. It has all mod cons and a tv. Up stairs the first room has automatic blinds and plenty of light. Also included is chair and desk. Attached is the bathroom with rain shower. On the second floor is the second bedroom with automatic blinds and skyline window which allows plenty of light. Comfortable double beds are provided as is a attached bathroom with high spec shower. There is a desk and chair and wardrobe also. Guest access There is plenty of parking on the side roads and the main road. Buses are available to city centre and the Peak District. Shops are within walking distance. A safe area to walk or take the bus or order a taxi. Other things to note On the ground floor is a door which attaches it to the main house. We may need access but we will let you know. The bedroom on the first floor is attached to the main bedroom of the house so we request quiet time after 10:30 pm. In the sitting area, due to space constraints the coffee table can be used as a dining table.
