Within walking distance of Sanford, any restaurants you can imagine at the heart of Athens night life! . Enjoy a full kitchen, living space with TV, washer & dryer, plus free coffee in the lobby. **We are located downtown, please notate that we are not able to control the noise of the bars surrounding our location** ***ABSOLUTELY NO PETS*** Guest access **LONG TERM FRIENDLY!** Other things to note When you arrive there is a 15 minute registration parking in parallel spots off of Broad St between our building and Chuck's Fish restaurant. You can park there and then come around to the front desk. From there we will check you in and get you your keys and parking passes and answer any questions you may have. Units come with assigned parking but we also have an overflow parking deck for any other spaces you may need (EXCEPT ON HOME GAME WEEKENDS).
