You can admire the sea from every corner. A villa like this, 100 meters from the beach, is unique. You will be our only guests. You'll have exclusive use of the entire first floor (100 square meters), with air conditioning and heating in every room. The owners do not use the pool & solarium, so you will feel like they are yours. Large indoor parking and space for your equipment. It features a large Mediterranean garden measuring 1300 square meters, a 100-square-meter glass mosaic swimming pool, a solarium, and indoor parking, all just 100 meters from the shoreline. You can be at the beach in just one minute. The owners, who live on the ground floor, will personally take care of the upkeep and maintenance of all outdoor areas. You will have exclusive use of the entire upper floor (100 square meters), with unparalleled sea views, consisting of a covered terrace with a kitchen and dinning table (20 square meters), the suite (20 square meters), and two other double bedrooms, one of which is a quadruple (20 square meters), a large hallway, and a master bathroom. You will also have access to all the other common areas (swimming pool, garden, 60 sqm veranda, portico, etc.) from which you can admire the Gulf of Palmas. In case of bad weather or need, you can also share our kitchen and living room. The owners personally carried out the restoration of this villa, respecting its origins, using green building techniques and feng shui. The furniture is made of solid wood, natural wood without any treatment, and the three double beds do not contain a single screw or nail. All you have to do is relax, we'll take care of the rest. A swimming pool and solarium equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, parasols, a table with chairs, and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. The swimming pool has a wellness area with a whirlpool, available at certain times of the day, upon request. Interesting fact: in the 1970s, the villa's guests included singer-songwriter Lucio Battisti and director Sergio Leone. *The Feng Shui consultation took into account the orientation of the house for the use of materials and colors and provided guidance on the correct arrangement of the furniture. The beds have been arranged so that they are not located on Hartmann or Curry nodes, in accordance with the principles of geobiology. Guest access The owners themselves will welcome you. You can park inside the property. (There is space for two large cars and one small car). From every point, the sea with its beautiful view will lull you. The large and varied spaces of this villa will also allow you to find your own workstation, if you need one. Maladroxia is 9 km from the town of Sant'Antioco. In July and August, there is a bus service with numerous routes connecting Maladroxia, S.Antioco, and other beaches. In Maladroxia, there are restaurants, bars, and beach kiosks, while shops, supermarkets, museums, a library, and other services are located in the town of S.Antioco. There are two charging stations for electric cars in the market square in Sant'Antioco. If you arrive by plane, there are many car rental companies at the airport, or you can take the train (the station is at the airport) to Carbonia (about an hour) and from there, take a bus or taxi to Sant'Antioco (30 minutes). In Sant'Antioco and in the other town on the island (Calasetta), there are several bicycle, scooter, and motorcycle rental companies. From Cagliari (Elmas airport) to Maladroxia it takes about an hour to an hour and a half by car. If you need a transfer to and from the airport or to visit the local area, we can put you in touch with local taxi drivers who offer reasonable prices. If you are sporty, from October to April (we have done it several times by bike with our children), you can go from S. Antioco to Maladroxia and vice versa by bike or on foot. There are also private individuals who offer a shared taxi service to Cagliari. Other things to keep in mind The villa, a real villa, does not need air conditioning except on extremely hot days. Its thick walls, its architecture, and the always breezy location have made it unnecessary: no one, even though it belonged to wealthy people in the past, has ever felt the need to install it. However, it is available for your convenience. Other things to note Please note that you will be the only guests; the owners live on the ground floor. Heating and air conditioning are available on request and are free of charge if used sensibly. For details, please ask the host.
