Sea view, much more than a beach villa

From every corner you can admire the sea. A villa like this, 100 meters from the beach, is impossible to find. You will be the only guests. Exclusive access to the entire first floor (100 square meters), air conditioning and heating in every room. The owners do not use the pool and solarium, they will seem yours. Ample indoor parking and space for your equipment. The host is always available for help or suggestions, attentive to the expectations and wishes of guests, respectful of their privacy. The space This is a large and typical Sardinian villa just restored. You will find a large Mediterranean garden of 1300 square meters, 100 sqm pool in glass mosaic, solarium, internal parking space, 100 meters from the shore, in a minute you are on the beach. The owners, who live on the ground floor, will personally take care of the care and maintenance of all the outdoor spaces. You will have the exclusive use of the entire upper floor (100 square meters), which has an unparalleled sea view, consisting of a covered terrace with a kitchen and dining area (20 square meters), the Suite (20 square meters) and two other double bedrooms, one of which is a quadruple (20 square meters), a large hallway, and a master bathroom. You will also have access to all the other common areas (swimming pool, garden, 60-square-meter veranda, porch, etc.) from which you can admire the Gulf of Palmas. In case of bad weather or need, you can also share our kitchen and also our living room. The owners personally restored this villa, respecting its origins, through green building and feng shui. The furniture was made of solid wood, natural wood without any treatment, the three double beds do not even contain a screw or a nail. All you have to do is relax, we'll take care of the rest. Swimming pool and solarium equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, parasol, table with chairs and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The pool is equipped with a wellness area with a whirlpool, available at certain times, upon request. Fun fact: guests of the villa, in the 70s, were the singer-songwriter Lucio Battisti and the director Sergio Leone * Feng shui consultancy took into account the home's orientations for the use of materials and colors and provided guidance on the right layout of the furnishings. The beds were arranged so that they could not be on Hartmann or Curry nodes according to the principles of geobiology. Guest access The owners will welcome you. You can park on the property. (There is room for two large and one small car). From every point, the sea with its beautiful view will lull you. The large and varied spaces of this villa will also allow you to find your workstation, if you need it. Maladroxia is 9 km from the town of Sant'Antioco. In July and August there is a bus service, with numerous trips, which connects Maladroxia, S.Antioco and other beaches. In Maladroxia there are restaurants, bars and kiosks on the beach, while shops, supermarkets, museums, library and services are located in the town of S.Antioco. In the market square of S. Antioco there are two charging stations for electric cars. If you arrive by plane, there are many car rental companies at the airport, or you can take the train (the station is at the airport) that will take you to Carbonia (about an hour) and from here, by bus or taxi, you can reach S. Antioco (30 minutes). In Sant'Antioco and in the other town on the island (Calasetta) there are several bicycle, moped and motorcycle rental companies. From Cagliari (Elmas airport) to Maladroxia it is about an hour - an hour and thirty minutes by car. If you need a transfer to and from the airport or to visit the locations, we can put you in touch with local taxi drivers who charge affordable prices. If you are sporty, from October to April (we have done it several times with the children by bicycle), you can go from S. Antioco to Maladroxia and vice versa also by bicycle or on foot. There are also private individuals who offer shared taxi service to Cagliari. Other things to note At the villa, a real villa, you don't need air conditioning except on extremely hot days. Its thick walls, its architecture, the always ventilated location, have made it superfluous: no one, although in the past it belonged to wealthy people, has ever felt the need to install it. For your convenience, it is still available. Other things to note We remind you that you will be the only guests, the owners live on the ground floor, heating, air conditioning on request: if used conscientiously it is free.
