This home is centrally located, two blocks from the new water park and the zoo. 4 minutes to USM and Forest General. Walking distance to the Keg and Barrel The Sunshine Bungalow has two bedrooms, and a pullout couch, that turns into a full bed. The kitchen is retro modern and is well equipped . The rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds and a boho vibe. Guest access This is a whole house in the avenues, with a large fenced in backyard. Other things to note If you book a non refundable rate, I will not refund your booking. So please make sure you trip is certain. This is a lower rate. I do not allow parties or gatherings of any size, if your guest is not registered they can not stay. The booking person must stay on property, you may not book this for someone else! We do not allow 3rd person bookings either. If you are bringing pets they too must also be registered and paid for.
