The space Newly renovated and refreshed lakefront villa overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding hill country. Relax in this resort style gated community and enjoy the two landscaped outdoor pools and hot tubs. We also have a indoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna which makes this place a perfect winter get away too. There is a well equipped gym and tennis courts on the property for the guest to use. We are also conveniently located onsite spa.. We also have washer and dryer for guest to use. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster. The living room has comfortable safe and internet enabled TV. Bedroom has a queen size bed and gorgeous views of lake and hill country. Enjoy the sun set in the evenings from out balcony while watching boats cruising around, its magical! Close by hiking and Wineries makes this a great location to relax and unwind while soaking in the sun or viewing gorgeous sunsets over the water.We have another one bedroom right next door if you are traveling in a group. Guest access The security gate and doors have a keyless entry so check-in procedure is pretty easy and we will provide these details a day before your arrival. Doors have code access, so no keys required. Check in time is 4 pm. You will have access to: two gorgeously landscaped outdoor swimming pools and hot tub, an indoor swimming pool with hot tub, gym with plenty of exercise equipment, dry saunas in the women's and men's locker rooms, a day spa with massage by appointment, two tennis courts, beautifully landscaped and serene gardens and courtyards, picnic areas with BBQ grills, and dedicated and covered parking spot. Other things to note We provide hairdryers, iron/ironing board, soaps, shampoo, towels and linens, tennis rackets/balls, and board games. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the pools. We have a flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Pandora and other internet apps. Wifi is available throughout the condos and community for work or entertainment at the pools, gym, and common areas. Lago Vista is a small charming town. All the area attraction are drivable. Our community has two beautifully landscaped pools and hot tubs and one indoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna and well equipped gym. We also have a onsite restaurant with lake views. It's open on weekends. Our onsite spa is a perfect place to get a message. Appointment is required.You will have access to all these amenities.
