I am a owner at this resort. I book rooms & rent them out to cover my Owner Association Fees. You check in with a guest pass in your name. Must be 21 with PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. A HOLD will be placed on the card for parking, purchases & damages you incur. No other charges. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must COMPLY with the resort rules. NO REFUNDS if resort evicts you for failure to do so. No daily housekeeping. There are laundry facilities. CHECK IN is 4 PM. CHECK OUT is 10 AM. The space There is no specific room. Rooms are assigned at check in. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and a full kitchen. There are 2 king beds, 2 double beds and a queen sofa. Common areas such as gym and pool are shared. There is no daily housekeeping. There are laundry facilities. You can request clean towels and linens. The kitchen has utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Please bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee and cooking spray. Guest access Your room and all common areas such as the lobby, pool and gym, Other things to note You must pay for parking if you park there. It was $20 per night the last I looked. There are no resort fees. This is total cost except for the parking. THERE IS NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. But you can request clean towels and linens and there a laundry area. THERE MAY BE FREE UPGRADES to a larger unit. But they reserve the right to revoke the upgrade if there is a maintenance emergency. I have a strict cancellation policy. But if you cancel more then 15 days out, I can give you a full refund. For $149 I can get you insurance to cover those last 15 days. Registration Details Exempt
