A 1,80 m Supersize-bed to stretch out in, a kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, a fridge, cooking utensils, a living chaise to sit, work and relax, a bathroom with rain shower and care products, a smart TV and of course complimentary WiFi. Additionally, your apartment has a balcony. Guest access Next to your Studio apartment with private bathroom you also have access to our common areas on the ground floor, our loft. Our loft offers a coworking area, self-service kiosk and a lounge. Feel free to just chill, watch Pulp Fiction or enjoy an after-work beer with your neighbors. Our washing salon is equipped with washers, a dryer, iron and ironing board and is accessible around the clock. During summer you can relax on our terrace in the inner courtyard of the building. Our gym ensures you get your daily workout in. Other things to note - Contactless check-in and check-out: 24/7 digital check-in via self-check-in terminal or in advance via STAYERY App. - City Tax: For private stays a city tax of 2€ per person per day applies on top of the room rate. This is charged directly in Airbnb in addition to the apartment price. The city tax is omitted when there is proof of a business stay.
