Welcome to your next relaxing beach getaway! This one bedroom, one bathroom suite located directly on the beach is perfect for your next vacation. The back of the condo has a full tri-folding glass door that completely opens to welcome the ocean right into your living room. The condo has a heated pool, rentable pool house, private beach access, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and a patio with chairs. This unit is on the top floor. Access to the room is through an outside set of stairs This is a one bedroom condo. The bedroom is the front room and the living room is the back room, facing the ocean. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a two burner electric stove that is stored under the counter. There is a tri-folding door that opens the living room up to the ocean view. There is no walk out patio. Unit has it's own dedicated wifi, so you can keep working while you are on vacation without worrying about internet slow downs. The condo does have a shared coin operated washer and dryer next to the front office for all guests to use. There is parking on site, and each visitor is allowed one parking spot. The building has it's own private beach access through the bottom of the building. Each unit has one parking spot. They must get their parking pass from the front desk on arrival. There are restaurants and shops 0.8 miles walking up the beach. There is not elevator in this building. The condo is on the top floor which requires walking up two flights of stairs.
