Lovely room in vibrant Chapeltown, North Leeds.

Enjoy the dedicated guest room in our typical redbrick through terrace. Having previously enjoyed hosting we have had time out since the arrival of our little one. We miss it and are looking forward to hosting again and meeting new people. If you don't mind the presence of a toddler (if we're around, we may well be away) and like a diverse community then get in touch. Our guest room is upstairs in the attic and our friends and family say it offers a great nights sleep :) During your stay This will depend on our time tables, also it maybe that we are away. If we do have a chance to hang out that's great too. Other things to note The room is up 2 flights of stairs, the second of which is reasonably steep. Despite our best efforts every now and again the smell of smoke from the next door neighbours manages to escape through to our house. We have made efforts to eliminate this but with this old property it has proved difficult. We apologise if this is the case during your stay.
