Crystal Lake Cottage in Keystone Heights, Florida

A beautiful clear sandy beach fresh water lake. Amazing sunsets, just sit out by the water and relax. Concrete boat ramp for launching a boat. Sit under the oaks trees or enjoy the water. Beach chairs available to quest along with Jon boat and paddles, gas grill patio with table chairs and umbrella. Kuregg coffee maker with pods available. Small kitchen stove, microwave, toaster oven. Smoke free house! The space This is a quiet peaceful small cottage with a beautiful lake view. Central heat and air with have several ceiling fans throughout the house. A great concert porch area with table and chairs with umbrella and gas grill for cookouts. Just a note that the walk back from the lake is very steep and the boat ramp is also steep, our house sits up on a hill. We have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We have chairs out back to sit and have coffee while listening to the birds and looking out at the lake. We have a coffee maker kuregg.The bathroom is small with a small shower no tub. Be prepared for steps inside and outside. There are only 2 bedrooms so other beds are in main living area.Your own private beach to relax and build a fire at night in the fire pit. No fires on the beach area please we want to keep the sand white. The house is small so we only allow up to 6 guest. Please no large groups, if more than 5 cars are located on the property they will be ask to leave. Guest access You will have the whole house and 1 acre of peaceful land and beach to yourself. The water is clear and spring feed. Other things to note Our lake cottage is on top of a hill and the walk back from the lake is very steep. The boat ramp is also very steep. Toliet paper, trash bags and other paper products provided for your first day but you will need to bring your own. Please be kind and replace items you use.
