This exclusive beachfront villa is located just 10 meters from the Adriatic Sea in Ruzmarin Bay on the island of Brač, approximately one kilometer from the town of Sumartin. Designed for a carefree luxury holiday, the property features an infinity heated swimming pool, multiple terraces, modern appliances, and the services of a dedicated villa manager. S The space The villa is set on a 485 m² property and arranged over the ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor. The ground floor features an open-space terrace with an infinity heated swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a relaxing outdoor zone with a hammock. On this level, there is also a modern kitchen, a luxury-designed dining area, and a spacious en-suite bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a single bed. The mezzanine level includes three luxurious en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds, each furnished with modern sofas. This level also offers three living rooms with seating furniture and LCD TV/DVD units. The first floor houses two bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which includes an additional single bed. There are also two designer bathrooms with white bathtubs, a kitchenette, and a sitting room equipped with an LCD TV/DVD. Two terraces are located on this floor. Throughout the villa, guests can enjoy several terraces with lounge furniture, as well as a hot tub designed for up to twelve people. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all interior living spaces, bedrooms, terraces, the infinity heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor relaxation areas. A private beach is located directly in front of the property. Private parking is available, along with a sea mooring for a boat up to ten meters in length. Other things to note A villa manager is available to assist guests during their stay. Basic daily housekeeping, pre-stocking service, and pool maintenance every seven days are included. Bedlinen and towels are changed every three days. Wi-Fi, final cleaning, baby cot and highchair, and parking are included in the stay. Additional amenities available include table tennis, Netflix, a hot tub for twelve people, an organic vegetable garden, twelve yoga mats, two bicycles, a kayak, and two stand-up paddleboards. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required.
